Just a reminder that the Gluten and Allergen Free Wellness Event is coming up at the Downtown Hyatt on Saturday, November 15, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.If you've never been to one of these events, it's not only an opportunity to get the latest information on your gluten-free diet but also a chance to sample a lot of gluten-free products from vendors who will be exhibiting at the event. That's always a lot of fun.
